An Every Day Superhero: Part 6 (Meet Enessa Mikhaliants)

One of Make a Miracle’s most dedicated team members has been with us since the beginning. Enessa Mikhaliants started as my intern more than 6 years ago. For a long time it was just the 2 of us trying to figure out the mysterious world of the non-profit. There is more involved than most people know: creating a website, finding donors, planning fundraising events, running board meetings, making videos, graphic design, social media and sending email blasts just to name a few. What we lacked in experience we made up for with resolve, and of course google!

Enessa’s title eventually moved from Intern to Manager of Communications and Marketing. She is capable, professional, and a real go-getter. What makes someone devote so much time and energy to a helping others? She has never received compensation for her work, yet she treats it like it is her job. She receives no credit or accolades. In addition to giving of her time, Enessa even sponsors a college student and a dog named Sheriff Bobby. Without a doubt we would not be where we are today without Enessa and her skills. Her heart for helping others is inspirational.

Thank you Enessa for helping us reach for the stars and for making San Juan de Lurigancho a better place. We love you much!
